What a relief to finally have our website up and running. For those of you that are new, feel free to jump around the site a little bit. For those that have gone through our site before, I will be periodically updating and changing the content, so come back often.
This is the first public blog, but I’m going to treat it like others I have. As many of you know, the training industry is always changing. It seems like every week there is a new fad product or diet that promises lasting results without putting in the hard work. There are also many common misunderstandings such as nutrition, supplements, training protocols, youth programs, and on and on and on. From now until…I’m not longer able to keep writing… I will be tackling the topics with not just my opinion and experience, but with scientific study from many reputable sources.
If there is a specific topic that you want me to tackle, feel free to let me know and I’ll get to it ASAP. If you don’t like it, then don’t worry about coming back. For everyone else, I hope you enjoy the reading as much I do the writing.
