CAMP excels in team settings. CAMP professionals know the importance of developing a positive and effective team culture. CAMP defines it’s culture as:

Being a staff of mostly former collegiate athletes, CAMP is well-versed in the realm of team culture. CAMP’s team training programs are designed to increase the physical performance of your team and develop an energetic and dynamic team culture that is built on succedding in sport, as well as in life. Our holisitc approach emphasizes development and effort outside of sport, which we have found will subsequently lead to elevated performance in sport.

Team Training Sessions

Designed to elevate any team’s physical fitness, speed, strength, endurance, coordination, agility and more, while addressing team culture. CAMP’s team performance programs are specific to each team’s tactical, technical, and physical proficiencies. Whether your are a football coach looking for your team to develop more strength, a soccer coach whose team is plagued by injuries, or a lacrosse coach whose looking for their team to develop more speed, CAMP can serve as your Human Performance Specialists.

$135/session

Averages at approx $6/session per player

INJURY AVOIDANCE

The best way for an athlete improve at their respective sport is to practice. Too many times athletes invest their energy and resources into things that ultimate serve to their demise. CAMP’s #1 goal is to ensure the athlete’s health and safety, which means keeping them on the field. Our performance programs are designed to compliment a coach’s plans and schemes, not take away from them. When working with CAMP, a coach will have the ability to communicate with their Human Performance Specialist frequently to ensure best practices and team work.

ADAPTABILITY

CAMP’s programs are designed for each team’s unique equipment and space availability. We work with teams who have access to fully outfitted weight-rooms and turf fields, as well as teams who operate out of a park. CAMP manufactures our own equipment, which allows us to ensure quailty and productivity in any situation. CAMP also has two locations in the Salt Lake area that are designed to handle large group sessions. No matter your situation, CAMP can make your team more athletic and resilient.
