These abilities must be regularly stressed and recovered in order for an athlete to develop the physical fitness and conditioning needed for high-levels of sport. Whether you are a youth athlete just starting to train or a professional athlete fine-tuning your game, you will expand competence and capacity in all five abilities when you train with CAMP.

Small Group TrainingCAMP offers a variety of group and individual training options. All options include a free Functional Movement Screen (FMS) evaluation and corrective exercise program that ultimately allows us to design the most specific and appropriate plan for you.
Team Training Sessions
Our team trainings will include performance testing, data collection, presentation, and practice planning consultations. Our philosophy and coaching style is designed to improve team culture and work ethic.
The Athlete-Centered-Model (ACM) is a predominant training model in professional sport that focuses on holistic human development. Through our partnerships we are able to provide youth athletes with the same services of a professional sport club.
