Building Better Athletes
Our Small Group Training subscription package gives the athlete unlimited access to our either on of our performance facilities. On average, the most appropriate option is 2-3x/week for most athletes. Training volume may increase or decrease according to where they are at in their sport schedule. Athletes are grouped together according to similar age, experience, and schedule availability. We work hard to create a group of athletes who can benefit from each other’s presence and encouragement.
Our Team Training Packages come in blocks of 8, 12 or 16 sessions. These sessions are paid for at once, then our performance coaches will create a specific plan for your team according to season schedule, location, equipment availability, and package purchase. An 8 session program will look different than a 16-week program.
