General Fitness

Our approach to the general population is more about a lifestyle change than losing a few pounds. If you are wanting to lose 60 pounds we can definitely help you with that, but our goal is to help you change your life so the weight doesn’t come back. If you have additional goals on top of losing weight, such as running a marathon, being able to bench press a certain amount, or participate is sports, we will help you achieve those goals.

Just as our athlete programs are individualized, our general fitness programs are as well. You will be assessed by a certified trainer who will customize a plan to your specific needs. Each day will require hard work and dedication, but in the end it will all be worth it.

Our General Fitness programs are priced according to your needs and are competitively priced, usually $35-$45 per hour. You can find a list of our services here.
