We are offering free training sessions every Saturday morning @9am for anyone who wants to join. There will be sessions held at each one of our Salt Lake Locations, see below for more details.
Workouts at this location will include plyometrics, suspension strap strength training, elastic strength training, and bodyweight strength training. These workouts will included a yoga-based warm-up and strength circuits that are guaranteed to keep your heart rate elevated.
This facility is equipped with traditional strength equipment such as olympics barbells, squat racks, dumbbells, heavy duty elastics, and more. You can expect workouts that include Olympic lifting variations, plyometrics, weighted complexes, Metcon’s and more. The sessions are designed to balance strength and conditioning.
