High School Soccer Conditioning CAMP

Strength – Agility – Speed – Fitness – Nutrition

It is a long Fall season full of challenges and triumphs, as well as bumps and bruises. That is why CAMP is hosting this year’s Girls Soccer Summer Conditioning Camp. Research has shown that the athlete that enters the season more fit performs better and stays healthier compared to the athlete that enters the season unfit. This program is designed to make you faster, stronger, more fit, more agile, and more resilient to injury.

Salt Lake Summit Performance CAMP #1

CAMP is excited to partner with Salt Lake Summit Lacrosse Club to provide another opportunity for young lacrosse players to improve their game. This performance camp is the first of two that will be offered this summer. This camp is the introduction this year's summer summer training and will cover the basics of strength, speed, fitness, nutrition, stretching, and more.
