We focus on the five basic elements of technical skill: First Touch, Striking the ball, Passing, Receive & Turn, Dribbling
Each Technical Element is broken down into five training sessions focused on improving technique from Bronze (youth level) to Gold (college level). Our trainers are nationally licensed soccer coaches with decades of playing and coaching experience. Training groups are based on like skill level and kept small (6 – 8 participants) to maximize individualized training and development. We integrate CAMP athletic development into our training to provide a truly unique program with unmatched results – GUARANTEED.
Football (2 times per week)
We focus on the basic elements of each position, and the skills needed to succeed at those positions.
