Lacrosse CAMP guarantees to make you a better athlete and a better lacrosse player. We combine our unmatched speed and strength training with expert lacrosse skill instruction to build you into the best athlete you can be.
You will be taught techniques and participate in drills that will increase speed, quickness, and power. In addition, you will receive expert lacrosse-specific instruction that will improve stick skills, make you a smarter player, and give you the ability to dominate on the field. You will improve in the following areas.

Lacrosse CAMP will be held every day for one full week. Each session will last 2 hours and be broken into speed/strength/agility and lacrosse skill instruction portions. Each day participants need to come ready for speed and strength training to be followed by lacrosse skill instruction. Full padding is required during lacrosse instruction portion of camp.
